1990

Part-time foundation of a mechanical production in Nieder-Olm

It all started with the part-time founding of a mechanical production by Mr. Lothar Schmahl in Nieder-Olm.

1992

Foundation of the owner-managed company CNC-Technik by Mr. Lothar Schmahl.

Construction of a new production facility in Stadecken-Elsheim in the Rhineland-Hesse and acquisition of the first machine, a 5-axis milling center - Maho 600L.
Main activities: 3D prototype and mold construction and production for the automotive industry.

1993

Development of a separate tool measuring system as second pillar.

Our domestic and international sales are still carried out through the Hoffmann Group. Expand the machine capacity with another CNC machine - Mikron VCE 1600.

1997

Development of a second in-house product - the equipment for tool assembly.

The production is still in-house. Our Sales has been carried out for years by well-known companies such as the Hoffmann Group.

1998

Purchased a 3D CAD / CAM system from Tebis. Acquisition of CNC lathes.

From Stadecken-Elsheim we went to the neighboring Nieder-Olm, which has an excellent infrastructure. Collaboration in the creation is the first prototypes for Toll Collect toll bridges. Serial production of all mechanical components were produced for toll bridge system in Germany.

2000

Continue to grow and make greater progress in the millennium

Gradually, one also takes root in other industries. Therefore, manufacturers from the laser industry soon became a regular customer base.

2010

Moving to a larger production building in the city Nieder-Olms

Another relocation in Nieder-Olm had to be mastered, as 10 years after the first relocation a larger production building was needed. The company is relocated to Reichelsheimer Strasse 8 in Nieder-Olm. In 2011, production will be expanded with a Haas 5-axis machining center.

2012

For the EM2012 in Poland, the access terminals for the football stadiums were developed

From design through prototype development to serial production, the entire project was handled by CNC technology.

2014

For the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the card readers of the access terminals were developed and manufactured in the World Cup stadiums

As a follow-up to the 2012 European Football Championship in Poland, we were particularly pleased to be part of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Renaming of the CNC-Technik to tecxellent GmbH with a Chinese participation

Thus, the production of large series can be handled in the future. With this step, the first office and factory building for further growth were set.

2019

Planned new building in 2017 with relocation in 2018. The location is still remains in Nieder-Olm.
