Optical Measurement

The 20x magnification allows a playful measurement of cutting geometries. Non-contact testing completely eliminates damage to cutting edges of the tool to be measured. An adjustable radius and angle template in the projector allows you to control cutter radii and cutting angles. Fast and precise pre-setting is ensured by the hand wheels with fine adjustment in Z and X axis. In order to avoid damage, both hand wheels are provided by over speed protection. Proven measuring system from Mitutoyo and a precision-mounted tool holder, are stand in an almost unique price-performance ratio.

Construction

The basic structure of the ADI Compact consists of anodised precision aluminum parts that are milled from solid. The geometry is mechanically aligned and calibrated. If required, it can be readjusted by the user at any time. Ease of use is at the forefront of the ADI Compact. This is also ensured by the built-in linear scales from Mitutoyo. Operation is known for the frequent use of Mitutoyo calipers in garages. The spare parts supply is guaranteed at all times. This means that with the ADI Compact you are completely independent of service contracts. All service can be carried out without problems by our staffs.
